Lovers, in its usage on TFINO, is not a plural noun. It is a verb form, shorthand for "I am a fan of", and is properly followed by the particle "to".

For example:

"Lovers to Vector Prime" [or "I lovers to Vector Prime"] means "I am a fan of Vector Prime." It can also connote actual love, depending on context.

Additionally, it is usually recommended that such phrases be written without any punctuation.
